I’m James.

My feature credits include Ithaqua (Hammer Films / XYZ Films / Kaleidoscope) and Die in a Gunfight (Lionsgate / Culmination / Mark Gordon Pictures), among others. I’ve worked through development, prep, and production on projects in the $5–12M range.

I began in creative development and transitioned into physical production, building a skill set that protects the creative while keeping the machine running. I’ve spent years partnering with directors from script through delivery, with a strong foundation in the genre space.

I’ve produced across the United States, Canada, and Australia. I’m fluent in production finance, Canadian incentives and cross-border production.

Through my production services company, Marauder Creative, I’ve become a trusted partner for U.S. production companies, artists, agencies, and record labels.

I’m a Canadian citizen based in Los Angeles on an O-1 visa.
